Bath wing Matt Banahan has revealed that he has not been contacted to represent England since the 2011 World Cup despite his current good form.
The 26-year-old has been tipped for a recall to the Red Rose side for the autumn internationals following his blistering start to the season for his club.
Despite his impressive beginning to the new Aviva Premiership campaign, Banahan says that he has not been spoken to about playing for his country.
"I don't think I've had contact since the last World Cup," Banahan told the Daily Mail. "I am just enjoying my rugby here.
"To have a run in like that and to beat a couple of people along the way was a great feeling. I am enjoying it back on the wing now."
Banahan scored a try as Bath picked up a 27-20 victory over champions Leicester Tigers on Saturday.
