Julian Salvi: 'Beating Bath would be massive'

Leicester Tigers flanker Julian Salvi believes that it would be "massive" if the champions defeat Bath in the Aviva Premiership this weekend.

Leicester Tigers flanker Julian Salvi has claimed that it would be "massive" if his team beat Bath in the Aviva Premiership on Saturday.

The reigning champions travel to the Recreation Ground having earned a bonus-point win over Worcester Warriors in their opening match of the season last weekend.

"We have to continue building the foundation we set in pre-season and we got off to a good start with a bonus-point win and to get four or five points this weekend would be massive," Salvi told the league's official website. "We don't like to lose at Leicester and it is all about getting the victory."

Leicester go into the match without Tom Croft after it was confirmed that the England flanker would be sidelined for the rest of the campaign with a serious knee injury.
