Hull FC will reportedly formally reject Salford Red Devils' request to postpone Friday night's Super League clash.
The Red Devils cited an "unprecedented injury crisis" behind their reasoning to make the initial appeal, due to the fact that eight players are currently on the sidelines, while question marks remain over four others.
There has yet to be a response from Hull, although BBC Sport claims that the Black and Whites will decline the plea.
Salford are currently seventh in the league table, sitting three points above Hull who occupy 11th place.
