Two-time Grand Slam tennis champion Andy Murray adopted a disguise as an ice cream salesman to pull a prank on fans ahead of his Cincinnati Open campaign.
The Scotsman donned glasses, a baseball cap and a wig in an attempt to hide his identity while serving customers at ice cream emporium Graeter's.
"Andy is in Cincinnati for the tournament and was just larking about in disguise to see if people could recognise him," The Mirror quotes a spokesman as saying.
The former Wimbledon champion eventually removed the disguise to one surprised fan, who captured the moment on Twitter.
@julie_boniface tweeted: "When @andy_murray is disguised and serves ice cream for you then takes off his wig to take a pic with you."
Murray heads into the Cincinnati Open having beaten Novak Djokovic to win the Rogers Cup at the weekend.
