Manchester City players party following title win

Manchester City's players celebrate their second title in three seasons with a party at Manchester Town Hall.

Manchester City's players spent the night partying in Manchester after sealing their second Premier League title in three seasons.

Manuel Pellegrini's side ensured that they finished at the top of the table with a 2-0 win over West Ham United yesterday afternoon.

The majority of the club's first team, including Sergio Aguero, Samir Nasri and Joe Hart, attended the title party at Manchester Town Hall, along with manager Pellegrini and former Oasis star Liam Gallagher, who is a lifelong fan of the club.

Captain Vincent Kompany wore a scarf with the club's crest which said "Champions of England" throughout the bash.
