From a total of 24 teams and over 600 players to arrive in Germany with Euro 2024 glory on their minds, one nation now stands alone as the most successful in the history of the competition.
Three years on from Italy's gripping penalty-shootout success over England in the delayed Euro 2020 final, the Azzurri were condemned to a premature exit by Switzerland, ensuring that new kings of Europe will be crowned on July 14.
Berlin's Olympiastadion played host to an unforgettable final, where Spain recovered from a minor setback against England to win 2-1 and etch their name onto the Henri Delaunay Trophy for the fourth time.
Here, Sports Mole runs down every fixture, result and kickoff time for Euro 2024, as well as looking back on how Spain conquered the continent.

SPAIN'S ROUTE TO EURO 2024 GLORY
© Reuters
Heralded as one of the most impressive - if not the most impressive - team of the tournament before even stepping foot onto the Olympiastadion soil, Spain took nine points from a possible nine against Croatia, Italy and Albania to make a mockery of the so-called group of death.
A last-16 thrashing of Georgia and nervy extra-time quarter-final triumph over Germany followed for La Roja, who fronted up to France in the semis and fought back from a goal down to prevail 2-1, thanks partly to Lamine Yamal becoming the youngest scorer in Euros history.
The sternest test of their mettle would then arrive in the shape of back-to-back finalists England, who dug in for a fight in the first half, but La Roja breached them early in the second through the effervescent Nico Williams.
Cole Palmer would come off the bench to net an exquisite leveller for the Euro 2020 runners-up, but Spain called upon a super sub of their own in Mikel Oyarzabal, who latched onto Marc Cucurella's brilliant ball and tapped home on the stretch to seal European Championship crown number four for La Roja.
