Pat Perez and Danny Lee have ended day one of the Texas Open at the top of the leaderboard after the opening round was suspended in San Antonio.
Respective rounds of 68 was enough to help Perez and Lee share the clubhouse lead on a day ended prematurely due to bad light, with 45 players yet to finish their first 18 holes following a late start because of thick fog.
Andrew Loupe was just one shot back from the leaders when he was forced to walk off the course with seven holes remaining.
American trio Jim Furyk, Zach Johnson and Matt Kuchar are just two behind the pace-setters, while defending champion Martin Laird started the defence of his title with a level-par 72.
Three-time Masters winner Phil Mickelson endured a difficult day as he posted a five-over score of 77, his worst round of since August.
