Adam Scott eyes victory at Australian Masters

Adam Scott says that he would "love" to win the Australian Masters title at Royal Melbourne.

World number two Adam Scott has claimed that he would "love" to successfully defend the Australian Masters title at Royal Melbourne.

The 33-year-old won the event in Kingston Heath last year before going on to win a major at Augusta in April this year.

"People say you haven't achieved everything in golf unless you've won the Open at St Andrew's, but for an Australian I think to win a tournament at Royal Melbourne is the same kind of thing and I'd love to do that," BBC Sport quotes Scott as saying.

Scott won the Australian PGA title last week.
