Wolverhampton Wanderers have confirmed that they have acquired the signature of West Ham United striker Frank Nouble on a two-year deal.
Reports emerged this morning claiming that a deal with the 20-year-old was close to completion following the expiration of the forward's contract with the Hammers.
Wolves manager Stale Solbakken told the club's official website: "Frank is a player that our scouts have been watching. We think he has qualities that we can develop and with his physical strength and power I feel that he can help us.
"He should be a useful acquisition to the squad and it is a good opportunity for him to come to a stable club and work hard. I think this is a win-win situation for both the club and the player. He is a young guy and he can add to his potential every week."
Nouble began his career at Chelsea.
