Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has revealed his love for the Danish style of attacking football.
The Spaniard revealed that he has missed out on signing Danish players in the past, but he hopes to be more successful in the market in the future.
"I've tried to sign Danish players several times before but, due to different reasons, I've yet to be successful in doing so," Martinez told Tipsbladet.
"I don't want to name names of specific players out of respect for the respective clubs involved.
"I am crazy about the Danish mentality towards attacking football, so I hope that we can be luckier in our hunt in the future."
Andreas Cornelius (FC Copenhagen), Jores Okore (Nordsjaelland) and Nicklas Helenius (Aalborg) are all believed to be targets for the Latics this summer.
