West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan is unamused by Queens Park Rangers offer for Scott Parker.

West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan has branded Queens Park Rangers' bid for Scott Parker as "ridiculous".

Air Asia founder Tony Fernandes purchased a majority stake in QPR yesterday and reportedly submitted a £4m offer for the West Ham captain.

The Hammers rejected the bid and Sullivan has revealed that he was not impressed by the amount offered.

"It's ridiculously low," Sullivan told reporters. "We see it as a cheap publicity stunt.

"It's a bit like us bidding £12m for Wayne Rooney."

Parker scored during West Ham's 4-0 victory away at Watford on Tuesday evening.
