West Ham United shotstopper Adrian has revealed that new goalkeeping coach Chris Woods is already having a positive effect in training.
The former England international, 55, recently joined manager Slaven Bilic's backroom staff at Upton Park.
Despite only being at the club for a matter of weeks, Adrian is already impressed by Woods's methods out on the training pitch.
"Chris has arrived and we have been working very well together," he told the club's official website. "It is a different style but this is good because now we have other options to train in the goal.
"I think Chris can help me and the other keepers to be better. I hope he will make me even better. If you have an experienced goalkeeping coach you have the option you to improve your performance."
West Ham open the new Premier League campaign with a trip to Arsenal on August 8.
