Team News: Stephen Ward returns to Burnley XI

Stephen Ward returns to Burnley's starting lineup in their only change, while West Bromwich Albion stick with the same XI from last time out.

Stephen Ward has returned to Burnley's starting lineup for this evening's clash with West Bromwich Albion in their only change from last time out.

The Republic of Ireland international was doubtful for the trip to The Hawthorns after missing the 3-2 win over Crystal Palace with a hamstring problem, but is deemed fit enough to take his place at full-back.

Liverpool loanee John Flanagan is the man to drop out following a rare start in the dramatic victory against Palace a fortnight ago, in what is otherwise an unchanged Burnley side.

In terms of the home side, they remain unchanged from their 2-1 triumph against Leicester City, meaning no place in the squad for still-injured midfielder Nacer Chadli and striker Saido Berahino, who has returned to the South of France for further fitness work.

James McClean does return to the bench, however, while Salomon Rondon is named among the starters after successfully shaking off a minor hamstring issue.

Burnley, who have lost on eight of their last nine visits to The Hawthorns, are aiming to make it four games without defeat in the Premier League this evening.

West Bromwich Albion: Foster, Dawson, McAuley, Evans, Nyom, Yacob, Fletcher; Brunt, Morrison, Phillips, Rondon
Subs: Palmer; Olsson, Robson-Kanu, Gardner, McClean, Galloway, Leko

Burnley: Heaton, Keane, Ward, Mee, Lowton, Defour, Arfield, Marney, Berg Gudmundsson, Hendrick, Vokes
Subs: Robinson, Flanagan, Gray, Barnes, Kightly, Boyd, Tarkowski
