Watford have strengthened their squad with the arrival of Spanish right-back Kiko Femenia on a four-year deal.
The 26-year-old joins the Hornets as a free agent after seeing his time at Alaves come to an end earlier this summer following the expiration of his contract.
Femenia was used 77 times by the Babazorros during his two years at the club, including 31 appearances in La Liga last season, while also boasting international caps for Spain at age-grade levels up to the Under-20s.
Watford have now sealed a deal for the Barcelona B and Real Madrid B ace, making him their second purchase of the day on the back of Daniel Bachmann's arrival.
Marco Silva is the new man in charge of the Hornets after joining at the end of May, taking over from Walter Mazzarri who fell out of favour at Vicarage Road.
