Wednesday's La Liga predictions including Villarreal vs. Granada

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Wednesday's La Liga action, including Villarreal vs. Granada.

Getafe vs. Huesca (Wednesday, 6.00pm)

Getafe will be aiming to record back-to-back victories in La Liga for the first time this season when they welcome basement team Huesca to the Coliseum Alfonso Perez on Wednesday evening.

The hosts overcame Elche 3-1 last time out, whereas Huesca suffered their third defeat on the bounce with a 2-0 home loss to Real Betis.

We say: Getafe 2-0 Huesca

Huesca will have to start preparing for life in the second tier if results do not pick up under Pacheta, and they are unlikely to give their survival prospects any sort of boost here. Getafe's recent form has left a lot to be desired, but having finally returned to winning ways over Elche, we can only see the hosts registering another victory over the league's basement side.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Real Betis vs. Celta Vigo (Wednesday, 8.00pm)

Real Betis will be aiming to stretch their winning run across all competitions to four matches when they play host to Celta Vigo in La Liga on Wednesday evening.

In contrast, the visiting party are out to end a three-game winless run after being thrashed 4-0 by Villarreal in their most recent outing.

We say: Real Betis 2-1 Celta Vigo

Having shipped nine goals in their last two matches, Celta's defence could be in for a rough ride against an in-form Real Betis outfit. It is difficult to see where the goals might come from for the visitors with Aspas out and Nolito regaining full fitness, so we think Pellegrini's men will leapfrog their opponents with a narrow win on home soil.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Villarreal vs. Granada (Wednesday, 8.30pm)

Villarreal will be aiming to extend their winning run across all competitions to five matches when they host an inconsistent Granada outfit in La Liga on Wednesday evening.

The Yellow Submarine scraped a 1-0 win over Tenerife in their Copa del Rey clash at the weekend, and Granada also advanced to the next round with a 2-1 win at Malaga.

We say: Villarreal 3-1 Granada

Villarreal's home record and Granada's away record both speak for themselves, and the two teams will be out to prove a point after only scraping by against lower-league opposition at the weekend. This should be a fascinating battle between two clubs with a common goal of European qualification, but we are struggling to look past Villarreal on their own turf and expect Emery's men to make it five out of five in 2021 this week.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
