Paco Alcacer has insisted that Valencia remain "strong and united" despite a disappointing start to their La Liga campaign.
Los Che currently occupy ninth spot in the table and enter the international break off the back of a disappointing home draw against Real Valladolid.
"The team is annoyed for the draw, we learned little from it. We will use this international break well to improve in training and prepare well for the next game against Elche," the forward told the club's official website.
"Valencia should be as high as possible to fight for the Champions League qualification places. What we have to do is be a team and fight in every game until the last minute. Confidence and togetherness is paramount in the team.
"The team is strong and united and we must continue with the mentality to win. We will give everything that we have in our hands."
Valencia are currently seven points off the top four.
