Team News: Antonio Di Natale passed fit for Udinese

Udinese get a boost ahead of their Serie A opener against Lazio as Antonio Di Natale is passed fit despite suffering a head wound in midweek.

Veteran striker Antonio Di Natale has recovered from a nasty head wound suffered in midweek to start for Udinese against Lazio.

Di Natale needed five stitches in a cut sustained during Thursday's 3-1 home defeat to Slovan Liberec in the Europa League, but has been passed fit to lead the line alongside Maicousel and Roberto Pereyra.

Francesco Guidolin is without goalkeeper Zeljko Brkic through injury, so Ivan Kelava gets the nod for the visitors as his replacement.

Lazio have defensive linchpin Abdoulay Konko missing so give Diego Novaretti a surprise start at centre-back.

Aquile captain Stefano Mauri begins a spell on the sidelines due to a six-month ban for involvement in match-fixing, while Lucas Biglia makes his debut in midfield.
