Sports Mole rounds up all of the latest transfer news in the Championship on Tuesday, August 11.
Tuesday morning's Championship transfer talk news roundup:
Liverpool, Chelsea 'dealt blow in Ben White chase'
Brighton & Hove Albion have reportedly decided to retain the services of Ben White for the upcoming season.
Having helped Leeds United win promotion to the Premier League during his loan period at Elland Road, the 22-year-old is attracting interest from several top-flight clubs.
Despite talk of a £40m asking price, a recent report suggested that Chelsea were prepared to meet Brighton's valuation of the centre-back.
However, according to The Sun, the Seagulls are prepared to reject all offers for the young Englishman during the current transfer window.
Instead, it is claimed that Brighton will consider offers for Shane Duffy, who only made 14 starts in all competitions last season.
Leeds and Liverpool had also been hoping to complete the permanent signing of White.
Liverpool want £20m for Harry Wilson?
Liverpool will not consider any bids lower than £20m for Harry Wilson this summer, according to a report.
The 23-year-old impressed during his loan spell at Bournemouth during the 2019-20 campaign, but Wilson's seven Premier League goals were ultimately not enough to save the Cherries from relegation.
With Jurgen Klopp supposedly prepared to part ways with Wilson ahead of next season, the Wales international has been linked with a number of top-flight clubs following his displays at Bournemouth.
However, The Mirror claims that the Reds have slapped a £20m price tag on Wilson's head, with the midfielder's current deal at Anfield set to expire in the summer of 2023.
Newcastle United, Crystal Palace, Southampton and Leeds United are all believed to be in the running for Wilson's signature, and the report claims that the latter are looking the most likely to strike a deal for Wales's youngest ever international.
Despite turning professional with Liverpool in 2014, Wilson has been sent out on loan four times and has only made one senior appearance for the Premier League champions.
