Jefferson Montero agrees Swansea City move?

Ecuador international Jefferson Montero reportedly agrees to join Swansea City after they matched Monarcas Morelia's £4m asking price for the winger.

Jefferson Montero has reportedly agreed to move to Swansea City after the South Wales side placed a £4m bid for the winger.

The Ecuador international has been linked with a number of Premier League sides following his performances at the World Cup last month.

However, The Mirror reports that the Swans are happy to meet Monarcas Morelia's asking price, while the 24-year-old believes that the club's style of play will suit him.

Montero has played for the Mexican club since 2007 following a brief spell with Villarreal.
