Ben Davies comes in for Neil Taylor, while Wilfried Bony and Michu continue together up front for the hosts.

Norwich have made one change to their starting lineup, as Ryan Bennett replaces the injured Joseph Yobo.

The Canaries continue with Wes Hoolahan, Johan Elmander and Ricky van Wolfswinkel in a forward front three, while Jonas Gutierrez is back in the squad following a calf problem.
