Sunderland 'not in Sean Dyche talks'

Sunderland are reportedly not in talks with Sean Dyche over becoming the club's new boss.

Sunderland have reportedly not approached Burnley boss Sean Dyche over becoming the club's new manager.

The Black Cats are currently looking to replace Dick Advocaat at the Stadium of Light after the Dutchman turned down a permanent contract.

It was claimed on Monday that Dyche is among a list of candidates that Sunderland are keen to talk to.

However, the North-East club are yet to speak with the 43-year-old, according to Sky Sports News.

Dyche took charge of Burnley in 2012, but he could not stop the team from dropping out of the Premier League this season.
