Report: Jan Vertonghen to remain with Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly resist all offers for Belgian international Jan Vertonghen this summer.

Belgian international Jan Vertonghen will reportedly remain with Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

Barcelona have been linked with a move for the former Ajax player, who is widely regarded as one of the most versatile defenders in European football.

Vertonghen himself is also believed to be interested in a move to the Camp Nou, but according to Sky Sports News, Spurs will resist all offers for the 27-year-old this summer.

Vertonghen has two years remaining on his contract at White Hart Lane.
