Tottenham Hotspur have made a fresh offer for Steaua Buchuresti defender Vlad Chiriches, according to reports.
The London side came close to agreeing a deal for the Romanian international earlier this month, but the club's owner called off the transfer.
Sky Sports News has reported that a transfer fee of £8m could be agreed this weekend, while the Romania coach had confirmed that the 23-year-old will join another club in the coming days.
The 23-year-old has also been targeted by AC Milan and Inter Milan in the last 12 months.
