A cash-plus-player offer from Real Madrid may tempt Tottenham Hotspur into selling winger Gareth Bale, according to a report.
The Welshman, who picked up the PFA Player of the Year after a season in which he scored 21 Premier League goals, has been heavily linked with a move to Los Blancos this summer.
It is believed that the Spanish outfit are preparing a record-breaking £86m bid for Bale, which Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is expected to reject.
However, the Daily Mail claims that the offer of a Madrid player as well as that figure could result in the Lillywhites allowing their top goalscorer to leave.
Full-back Fabio Coentrao and playmaker Angel di Maria are among the Madrid players who have been linked with a move to White Hart Lane as part of the Bale transfer.
