Ledley King has said that he is no rush to sign a new deal with Tottenham Hotspur.
The English defender is happy to wait until the end of the current campaign before negotiating his future with the North London side.
The 31-year-old suffers from a chronic knee problem and fails to feature in regular fixtures, making only 15 appearances in a white shirt this season.
His future at the club is unsure but King seems content with the current situation, saying: "I've left it between my agent and the chairman and I have not heard anything at the moment.
"I'm just keeping my head down and playing as many games as I can and at the end of the season we will see where that is."
King has spent his entire career at White Hart Lane.
