Ajax defender Matthijs de Ligt has insisted that he has heard nothing regarding reports that he could move to Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season.
Spurs are understood to have earmarked De Ligt as their number one choice to replace Toby Alderweireld should the Belgian leave the club this summer, with Mauricio Pochettino's side lining up a £45m move for the 18-year-old.
However, De Ligt remains fully focused on Ajax and played down speculation that he could be close to leaving the Dutch club.
"I do not know anything about it," the youngster told Fox Sports when asked about the interest.
"And my agent does not know anything about it. Today I played a match with Ajax and next week we have another one."
De Ligt has already made 60 appearances for Ajax's senior team, in addition to winning five caps for his country.
