No club has yet lodged an official bid for Brazil starlet Bernard, according to Atletico Mineiro president Alexandre Kalil.
Bernard, 20, is believed to be the subject of interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Porto this summer.
However, Kalil claims that neither side have yet come to him with a formal offer for the player, who is valued at £21m.
"Bernard will only leave for €25m," insisted Kalil. "We have great relations with Porto and their director Antero Henrique, but no offers for him have been made as yet."
Bernard has been capped three times at senior international level.
