Mauricio Pochettino unsure about Tottenham Hotspur's best 11

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino admits that his best team changes with each and every game.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has claimed that he does not have a preferred starting XI.

Spurs have made an inconsistent start to the season and have taken seven points from their opening five games this term.

They were beaten 1-0 at home by West Browmich Albion in their last outing, and Pochettino thinks that changing the lineup based on the opposition will eventually yield results for his team.

He told reporters: "Our best starting team depends on each and every game - there is no doubt about that.

"It's not an excuse. A bad performance on Sunday is not because of the changes. We have a very strong squad and we need to use our players - we have a lot of games ahead and after each match we analyse every player.

"At the moment the players are not in a position to play three games in one week."

Pochettino's side host Nottingham Forest in the League Cup on Wednesday.
