Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane says that trying to score against Juventus in Turin on Tuesday night represents one of the biggest tests of his career.

Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane has acknowledged that he will have to be at his best to score against Juventus on Tuesday night.

Spurs have travelled to Turin having won a Champions League group which included Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund, but Juventus head into the first leg of the last-16 tie having conceded just one goal in 15 matches in all competitions.

Kane has been in free-scoring form, but the England international has admitted that he faces one of his biggest tests against a backline led by Giorgio Chiellini.

At a press conference, the 24-year-old told reporters: "Yes, it's one of my biggest tests. I always said I wanted to test myself against the best defences and they have one of them."

On Chiellini, the striker added: "He's an amazing defender. When we first played he went in on me and I had a dead leg for ten minutes. He's a fantastic player."

Kane goes into the game with a return of eight goals from his last seven matches in all competitions.
