Jeff Hendrick, Anthony Pilkington and David McGoldrick have all pulled out of the Republic of Ireland squad to face Poland on Sunday.
Derby County midfielder Hendrick has picked up a hip problem, while Cardiff City's Pilkington will sit out the Euro 2016 qualifier with a hamstring complaint.
Meanwhile, Ipswich Town centre-forward McGoldrick has failed to overcome a hamstring injury.
Head coach Martin O'Neill also has concerns over the fitness of Jonathan Walters, Aiden McGeady, Robbie Brady and Glenn Whelan, although the quartet currently remain with the squad for further assessment.
