Portugal, Czech Republic and Croatia join the Republic of Ireland in the Euro 2012 finals after playoff wins this evening.

The lineup for next year's European championships in Poland and Ukraine has been completed after the second legs of the playoffs this evening.

The Republic of Ireland advanced as expected by drawing 1-1 with Estonia to secure a 5-1 aggregate victory.

A goalless draw in Maksimir was enough for Croatia to qualify after they scored three in Turkey in the first leg on Friday.

The Czech Republic also recorded a 3-0 aggregate victory with victory in Montenegro. After a 2-0 win in the home leg, Petr Jiracek struck late on to confirm the Czech's place in Poland and Ukraine.

Portugal are also through after running riot late on against ten-man Bosnia-Herzegovina in Lisbon.

Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring with a long-range effort before Manchester United winger Nani extended the lead in the 23rd minute.

Bosnia reduced the home side's lead before the break when Real Madrid's Fabio Coentrao was adjudged to have handled in the area. Zvjezdan Misimovic stepped up to convert.

In-form Ronaldo scored another before further strikes from Helder Postiga and Miguel Veloso gave A Seleccao a 6-2 aggregate win.

Full Euro 2012 lineup:

Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine

The draw for the finals takes place on December 2 at the Ukraine Palace of Arts in Kiev.
