David Moyes already looking to next season

Real Sociedad boss David Moyes claims that he is already planning for next season with the Basque outfit.

David Moyes has revealed that he wants to turn Real Sociedad into a European force next season.

The Scot took control of the Basque outfit towards the end of last year, when they were struggling at the bottom of the La Liga table.

Moyes has turned things around in recent months, however, and four wins from their last five games has moved the club into the top half.

"My first job was to avoid relegation, which we have not yet done, while we must continue to look upwards," Moyes told reporters.

"My plan is for this club to improve and once again compete for the European places, but I don't think we can do that this year. Hopefully, we'll be able to do so next season."

Sociedad are currently eight points off the top seven.
