Ronaldo offers advice to Neymar

Former Brazil striker Ronaldo tells Santos striker Neymar to concentrate on playing football.

Former Brazil striker Ronaldo has told Santos striker Neymar to ignore the continuous rumours surrounding his future in the game.

Neymar, 19, is regarded as the hottest prospect in world football, with Barcelona and Real Madrid reportedly leading the race for the Brazilian. However, Ronaldo has urged the youngster to concentrate on his game.

"If I could give him one piece of advice, it would be not to pay too much attention to what people are saying," Ronaldo told Globe Esporte.

"He should concentrate on training hard and enjoying his football. That will go a long way to helping Brazil win the tournament."

Neymar has scored 16 goals in 25 games for Brazil.
