Report: Sami Khedira wants Bayern Munich move

A report claims that Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira wants to join Bayern Munich this summer.

Sami Khedira is reportedly desperate to join Bayern Munich this summer.

The Real Madrid midfielder has just one year remaining on his current deal at the Bernabeu and as it stands, talks over a new contract have stalled.

Arsenal and Chelsea have both been linked with the German international this summer, but according to ESPN, Khedira favours a move to the Bundesliga champions.

Khedira's wages reportedly put Arsenal off making an official move, but Bayern would have no problems matching his salary from Madrid.

Bayern are on the lookout for a new midfielder this summer after losing Javi Martinez to a long-term injury.
