Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly close to signing Real Madrid left-back Fabio Coentrao on a season-long loan deal.
The Portuguese defender is widely expected to leave the Bernabeu this summer after failing to displace Marcelo during his time in Spain.
Inter Milan and Benfica have both been strongly linked with a move for the 27-year-old, but according to Le Parisien, PSG have won the race.
The same report claims that Coentrao will join the French champions on an initial loan, but the move will include the chance to make the deal permanent next summer.
Coentrao did not play a part for Real Madrid in pre-season and was also not involved in their opening game of the new La Liga season on Sunday.
