Real Madrid are reportedly closing in on the signing of Getafe goalkeeper David Soria.
The 30-year-old spent two separate periods in the Real Madrid academy during his youth career, but he started his professional career with Sevilla in 2013.
Soria featured on 36 occasions for Sevilla ahead of a move to Getafe in 2018, and he has now featured 185 times for his current side, keeping 68 clean sheets in the process.
The Spaniard has been Getafe's number one goalkeeper in each of his five seasons at the club, and he made 39 appearances for the capital side during the 2022-23 campaign, including 38 outings in La Liga.
According to Marca, Real Madrid are now close to bringing Soria back to Bernabeu, with Carlo Ancelotti's side viewing him as the ideal number two to Thibaut Courtois.

Courtois was again in excellent form for Los Blancos during the 2022-23 campaign, keeping clean sheets in 17 of his 49 appearances for the capital giants in all competitions.
The Belgium international will again be Real Madrid's number one stopper next term, but his current back-up, Andriy Lunin, is said to be keen to leave during the summer market.
Lunin made seven La Liga appearances last season, while he featured on 12 occasions in all competitions, but the Ukraine international is said to be keen to move to a club where he will be the number one.
Soria has reportedly already come to an agreement with Real Madrid over personal terms, and the transfer fee is not expected to be an issue for Ancelotti's side, with some Los Blancos youngsters potentially moving in the opposite direction as part of the agreement.

The Spaniard kept 13 clean sheets in 38 La Liga appearances during the 2022-23 campaign, with Getafe just surviving in the top flight, ultimately finishing 15th in the table, two points above the bottom three.
Real Madrid confirmed their first signing of the summer on Friday, with Fran Garcia returning to the club after a successful period with Rayo Vallecano.
Los Blancos are preparing to announce the capture of Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund, with the England international set to sign a new long-term deal at the club.
Real Madrid are also planning to overhaul their attack this summer, as their squad has been weakened by the departures of Karim Benzema, Eden Hazard, Marco Asensio and Mariano Diaz, although Brahim Diaz is set to be a part of the squad next term after a loan period with AC Milan.
