Queens Park Rangers have agreed a fee with Spanish giants Real Madrid for midfielder Esteban Granero.
The signing will be the latest of a busy transfer window for Mark Hughes's side, having already secured nine new faces with more expected before tomorrow's deadline.
Granero, who has one year left on his contract at Madrid, will now enter into talks over personal terms at Loftus Road before undergoing a medical.
"QPR have reached agreement with Real Madrid for the permanent transfer of midfielder Esteban Granero," read a statement on QPR's official Twitter page.
"The deal is subject to Granero agreeing personal terms and passing a medical."
Granero, 25, joined Madrid in 2009, making 96 appearances for the illustrious club in that time.
