Jose Mourinho has reportedly added Cristiano Ronaldo to his list of transfer targets when he makes his expected return to Chelsea this summer.
Although there has been no confirmation from either party, current Real Madrid coach Mourinho has been heavily tipped to take charge of the Blues for a second time at the end of the season.
Both Wayne Rooney and Edinson Cavani are thought to be among the Portuguese coach's targets, but he has now told officials at Stamford Bridge that he would like to bring Madrid attacker Ronaldo with him, according to the Daily Mail.
However, the report went on to claim that Manchester United, who sold Ronaldo to the Spanish side in 2009 for £80m, have the first option on their former player.
Recent speculation has also hinted that the 28-year-old would consider any offer to rejoin the Red Devils.
