Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets does not believe that Cristiano Ronaldo insults Lionel Messi behind the Argentine's back.
The Real Madrid winger and Ballon d'Or winner has recently denied reports that he uses an offensive nickname for the Barcelona forward, claiming to having 'the utmost respect for Messi.'
Messi's teammate Busquets backs Ronaldo's claims and believes that the Portuguese goalscorer doesn't use insulting names in the Madrid dressing room.
"My thoughts on Ronaldo allegedly insulting Messi? I don't believe that Ronaldo is talking badly about Messi in the Madrid dressing room," Busquets said, according to Goal.com.
"We are certainly not talking badly about him at Barcelona. We have a lot of respect for him and have not given him some sort of nickname in the dressing room."
Ronaldo and Messi are expected to play against each other on the international stage next week as Portugal take on Argentina at Old Trafford.
