Scottish Championship roundup: Hibernian held by last minute equaliser

Sports Mole rounds up Saturday's action from the Scottish Championship as Hibernian miss the chance to go second as Raith Rovers hold them to a 1-1 draw.

Hibernian missed the chance to leapfrog Rangers into second place in the Scottish Championship as Christian Nade's last-minute equaliser rescued a 1-1 draw for Raith Rovers at Easter Road this afternoon.

Martin Boyle's goal one minute into the second half seemed to have secured the win for Hibs before Nade struck in the dying seconds.

Queen of the South put five past a struggling Cowdenbeath side, who have now lost five of their last six league games.

A hat-trick from Derek Lyle, who took his tally for the season to 11, and further strikes from Gavin Reilly and Ian McShane increased the misery for Jimmy Nicholl's side, who are just four points off the bottom of the table.

Falkirk missed their chance to close the gap on the top three as they were held to a 3-3 draw by Dumbarton in a rollercoaster encounter at the Falkirk Stadium.

Scott Taggart had put Dumbarton ahead in the 18th minute, but goals from Craig Sibbald and Luke Leahy put Falkirk ahead at half time.

Second-half efforts from Darren Petrie and Archie Campbell looked poised to give Dumbarton the win, before David Smith's 79th-minute equaliser.

Results in full: Cowdenbeath 0-5 Queen of the South, Falkirk 3-3 Dumbarton, Hibernian 1-1 Raith Rovers
