Ryan Williams hoping for Oxford United stay

Fulham winger Ryan Williams hopes to extend his loan spell with Oxford United.

Fulham winger Ryan Williams has revealed that he is hopeful of extending his loan spell with Oxford United.

The 20-year-old moved to the Kassam Stadium from the Premier League side in the summer and has impressed during his 18 appearances for the League Two outfit.

"I'm enjoying my football here. I've had to wait for my chance and I've taken it and proved I should be playing every week," Williams told the Oxford Mail.

"I'm having fun, we're getting results and scoring goals - I could not really be happier. I think it would be quite stupid for me to go elsewhere at this point in time."

As it stands, Williams's loan spell will expire at the end of December.
