Nino brace downs Barcelona B

Nino scores twice as Osasuna beat Barcelona B 2-0 in their Segunda Division match this evening.

Osasuna have begun their Segunda Division campaign with a 2-0 victory against Barcelona B this evening.

Los Rojillos were relegated from La Liga last season, but they took the lead in the 17th minute when Nino headed Oier Sanjurjo's cross past Adrian Ortola.

They continued to dominate and came close again when Mikel Merino nodded his effort over the bar.

With 10 minutes left to play, Nino made the most of a defensive error to slot home his second of the evening and seal the points for Osasuna.
