Preview: Norwich City vs. Swansea City

Sports Mole looks ahead to this weekend's Premier League encounter between Norwich City and Swansea City.

A poor run has dampened Swansea City's campaign following their League Cup victory over Bradford City in February, while Norwich City have only clinched one win in their last six outings.

The two sides come together in the Premier League at the Canaries' home of Carrow Road on Saturday with three points up for grabs.

Norwich's mission of avoiding relegation was dealt a blow last weekend when they suffered a slender 1-0 defeat to Wigan Athletic, who moved out of the bottom three as a result.

In contrast, the Swans are safe in ninth spot in the table, but failure to get a point from their last three matches has lowered the spirits at the Welsh outfit.

The reverse fixture was an exciting encounter at the Liberty Stadium, where Norwich just edged the contest 4-3 to snatch maximum points.

Michu is expected to travel to Carrow Road as Swansea's loan striker, while Grant Holt is likely to remain on the bench, with Kei Kamara up front.
