Norwich City boss Alex Neil has hailed the display of substitute Nathan Redmond in his side's 1-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion.
Redmond came off the bench in the second half for the Canaries and teed up Bradley Johnson to fire home the winner to secure the three points at the Amex Stadium.
"I wanted him to come on, make the difference and win the game for us and that's what he did so I was delighted," Neil told Sky Sports News.
"It's about trying to assess the match from the side and seeing what different threat you can pose them.
"All credit to Nathan - he was disappointed he wasn't playing, and I thought his attitude when he came on and the impact that he did have was fantastic."
Norwich moved up to third in the Championship courtesy of their victory over the Seagulls.
