Norwich City's new signing Kei Kamara has admitted that he is happy that the club have a weekend without a match.
The Canaries have this coming Saturday and Sunday free because they were knocked out of the FA Cup by Luton Town last month.
However, despite the lack of action, Sierra Leone international Kamara has revealed that he is pleased to have the chance to get to know his new teammates during their warm weather training sessions in Abu Dhabi.
"It's a great time for the break. It gives me a chance to work my way into the team and work my way in with the guys, and really try to learn a lot more," said the 28-year-old.
"It is just the perfect situation for me and all I have got to do is just keep working hard, and that is what I always do. I believe that if I can show the coach that and what I can do, he is definitely going to give me my chance."
Kamara made his Norwich debut as a substitute during the 0-0 draw with Fulham last weekend.
