Norwich City boss Alex Neil not panicking over poor results in Premier League

Norwich City boss Alex Neil says that he is "concerned" but not panicking about his side's poor results in the Premier League.

Norwich City manager Alex Neil has admitted that he is "concerned" by the lack of positive results for his side in the Premier League, but will not panic.

The Canaries are 16th in the table after four straight defeats in the top flight.

"I don't need to change a great deal in terms of performances," Neil told reporters. "The stats give favourable reading but we haven't done enough in crucial areas to make sure we take points.

"It's about the results in the end. We'll win any way we can but we've got to keep a level head and be focused and determined to do the best we can.

"I get concerned every time we don't win a game. If we don't pick up a point then I'm concerned. All you can do is analyse it, pick the bones out of it, put it to bed and hope the next one is going to be better, and that you're going to win."

Norwich will take on Swansea City at Carrow Road this weekend.
