Tim Krul calls on Newcastle United to be more consistent

Newcastle United goalkeeper Tim Krul urges the club to be more consistent following their tough start to the season.

Newcastle United goalkeeper Tim Krul believes that he and his teammates need to be more consistent in order to progress this season.

The Magpies are currently 11th in the Premier League table, taking as many points from seven fixtures in the season so far.

"Somehow we never follow the right way, we're always up and down, up and down," Krul told The Journal. "We need to be a little bit more consistent and I think we have showed what quality we do have."

After the international break, the North-East outfit will take on Liverpool on September 19.
