Team News: Four changes for Napoli ahead of Cagliari clash

Rafael Benitez makes a number of changes to his Napoli starting lineup ahead of their Serie A match against Cagliari, with Lorenzo Insigne and Dries Mertens both missing.

Napoli manager Rafael Benitez has been forced into making a number of changes to his side for their Serie A match against Cagliari.

He is without Lorenzo Insigne, who picked up a knee ligament injury in their 1-0 win over Fiorentina, and Dries Mertens is out after suffering from concussion while on international duty.

With Michu and Juan Zuniga also missing, there are rare starts in midfield for Jonathan de Guzman, Gokhan Inler and Walter Gargano, while Paulo Henrique returns to the defence.

Their opponents Cagliari are without the injured Marco Sau, so Victor Ibarbo and Diego Farias come into the attack.

Napoli: Rafael; Maggio, Henrique, Koulibaly, Ghoulam; Gargano, Inler; Callejon, Hamsik, De Guzman; Higuain

Cagliari: Cragno; Balzano, Ceppitelli, Rossettini, Pisano; Dessena, Crisetig, Ekdal; Ibarbo, Farias, Cossu
