Manchester United have reportedly decided to consult Ole Gunnar Solskjaer over the club's summer signings.
Solskjaer is currently in caretaker charge at Old Trafford, and nine wins and a draw have been recorded since the Norwegian's appointment.
Club officials are yet to decide whether Solskjaer will remain at United on a full-time basis, but according to The Sun, the 45-year-old will be asked to aid their efforts in the transfer market.
The report claims that the United hierarchy feel Solskjaer can help bring the right players to the club after inconsistent performances from the signings made by Jose Mourinho.
United are allegedly prepared to hand their next permanent boss a transfer budget of £200m.
