Wesley Sneijder's potential transfer to Manchester United remains unclear following a statement from Inter president Massimo Moratti.
In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Italian said that he had spoken to Sneijder - as well as Samuel Eto’o and Maicon - who told him that he did not wish to leave the club.
Meanwhile, Sneijder has said that "only God knows" whether he will leave Inter. Asked specifically about a move to Old Trafford, he replied: "We shall see."
United manager Alex Ferguson is keen to sign Sneijder after likely losing out in the race to sign Alexis Sanchez from Udinese.
